Although ML ART SOURCE works with a large roster of artists, there are regular visits to China’s prestigious Art Academies to scout up and coming new talents. Therefore if you are seeking established or young artists, ML ART SOURCE will be able to source the right artists to fit your needs.

• Private Collectors: Locating artists/artwork for private collectors. Collectors have the opportunity to meet the desired artist/s at their studios in Beijing or Shanghai. If the client cannot visit Beijing/Shanghai, ML ART SOURCE will source the artwork, negotiate the price, ship the artwork and provide the Certificate of Authenticity.
• Gallery/Museum Exhibitions: If galleries or museums are interested in showcasing Chinese contemporary art, ML ART SOURCE can source artist/s for group or solo shows for a variety of price ranges or themes.
• Sourcing Art for corporate clients & events: Companies can request artwork or art performance for commercial venues, such as, offices, restaurants, events etc. Art pieces and performances will be selected to match the design of the space and the client’s price requirements. At events, Melanie Ouyang Lum can be on-site to provide the client’s guests with information on the art piece/s or performance/s.
• Private specialized art tours: Visitors to Beijing can request a specialized art tour which includes 798, Cao Changdi and artist studios. The client can request a certain medium to focus on, such as, painting, sculpture, installation etc. Tours run from 2 to 6 hours.
• Private Dinner/Brunch with Artist at Artist Studio: This is a new addition to ML Art Sources services. Clients can request to have a private wine dinner/champagne brunch with a chosen artist at his/her studio. Dinners/Brunches will be tailored to the clients requirements.
